Saskatchewan 2004
Timber Bay, June 31-July 12
PAGE ZERO
On June 30 our group of 12 teens, 4 sponsors, and 1 baby left Michigan for Timber Bay Saskatchewan. On the way we visited the Badlands and Mt. Rushmore in South Dakota. Although this was an extremely minor part of our trip, it made for some great pictures... so here are some of them! (This was on July 1.)

Here is a picture of us on the moon.

I like this picture below because it gives you some of the perspective of what you are seeing. The top arrow points to some guys who climbed a peak in the distance. The lower arrow points to Heather Sneller resting on the edge of a cliff below.

Notice the cave in the picture above. You can see it again in the center of the picture two below.

For some insane reason, a few of us thought it would be a good idea to climb to the highest peak we could find. It is hard to show in words or pictures what a crazy idea this was!

To get an idea how high we are, look for the Peace bus in the picture below. Also, if you look at the picture of the bus on the bottom of this page, you can see the peak we climbed to on the upper right side.
